Hi, I’m Rachel, a registered nutritionist, nutrition counsellor and functional medicine practitioner. I specialise in supporting individuals to overcome eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. This includes a range of disorders including a poor or confused relationship with food, chronic dieting, emotional eating, restrictive eating, orthorexia, binge eating disorder, bulimia and anorexia. I also offer functional medicine nutrition for any co-occurring health conditions.
The most important relationship we have is with ourselves and my aim is help you to feel at home in your body.
How can I help you achieve a healthy relationship with your food and body?
I use a combination of Nutritional Therapy, CBT, ACT, NLP and Intuitive Eating. This enables me to provide a specialist and personalised approach, which combines nutritional, behavioural and psychological interventions.
