Recommendations
After your initial consultation I will evaluate your case and develop a personalised recovery plan. This will be tailored to your specific needs and be realistic and achievable for you. All recommendations will be implemented on a step by step basis at a pace that feels safe for you. Together we will challenge your eating disorder without causing you to feel overwhelmed.
Follow up Appointments
We will meet regularly so you get the support you need to implement your recovery plan and we can work through any challenges you are experiencing, adjusting your plan where required.
Between Appointments
Our appointments will guide you and provide the tools and skills required for your recovery journey, however real change happens between appointment where you work to implement the agreed goals for that week. Recovery requires time and energy so be prepared to dedicate this between appointments, a worthwhile investment to achieve food and body peace.
Nutritional education and support material will be provided throughout.
